Alcohol and Drug Services - 1300 139 641
The Alcohol and Drug Service is a statewide service that provides treatment to individuals and their families for alcohol, tobacco and other drug issues.
All of our services are free, voluntary and confidential. We work with both adults and young people.
We provide a number of programs to help people and their families with alcohol, tobacco and other drug issues. These include:
intake and assessment
case management and coordination of care
counselling, group work and therapy
health promotion, information and community education.
We are located in Launceston, Hobart and Ulverstone with services provided to rural areas.
Outreach services are provided to rural and remote areas on a prioritised "as required" basis.
The 24 hour alcohol and drug information service can be accessed for free on 1800 811 994.
