Cancer Council - transport2treatment
transport2treatment (t2t) is a no cost service for patients who face difficulty arriving to and from cancer treatment.
t2t offers a safe and supportive environment for patients. The transport service also enables interaction with other people while travelling to and from treatment, which can provide reassurance, camaraderie, the opportunity to share experiences and offer support.
This service is only made possible by our dedicated and caring volunteer drivers.
t2t is funded by Cancer Council Tasmania through fundraising events such as Relay For Life and the generous support of DJ Mitsubishi and Telstra Countrywide.
Cancer Council Tasmania does not receive government funding to run this service.
