Dementia Australia - Carer Support Groups - North
The physical and emotional demands of caring for a loved one when they have dementia can be high. As the amount of care needed increases, more demands are put on your energy and time. Self-care is important - one way that you can support yourself is by joining a support group.
Respite for the person for whom you care can be provided in our Day Club.
Information Days for Carers:
Information Days are innovative, up-to-date, include guest speakers and are helpful to anyone caring for a person with dementia. A light lunch is provided.
