My Pathway will provide greater support to people with differing abilities, injury or a health condition as a registered Disability Employment Services (DES) provider. The Disability Employment Services initiative represents an opportunity for job seekers to choose their preferred employment provider to find and keep a job.

When you register My Pathway as your DES provider, our focus is on connecting you to the support and resources you need to secure meaningful and sustainable employment. Our employment advocates work in partnership with you, understanding the challenges you face and tailor a work plan that’s unique to your needs, ability and aspirations.
